Micro-needling using the Eclipse Micropen®

What is automated Micro-needling*?

Automated Micro-needling is also known as Epidermal Collagen Induction Therapy. It is a new innovation in aesthetic medicine for the treatment of the appearance of fine lines, acne scars and the improvement of the skin’s texture, tone and color. Pamela Interrante uses Factor Five stem cell serum,  which produces best results on face, neck, and decolletage area. Pamela discourages use of plasma for microneedling treatment (the so-called “vampire facial”) on the face because it has a potential to stimulate growth of facial hair. Also in older patients why would you want to use older cells. She bases this on her numerous years of experience in laser hair removal as well as personal experience. This costly treatment has produced successful results in hair restoration, therefore Pam encourages her clients to trust her expertise and select collagen induction therapy through use of human stem cell growth factor.

What are the benefits?

Reduced appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, improved skin tone and texture and softer, younger-looking skin with fewer signs of aging. The Eclipse Micro-Pen Elite can improve the appearance of uneven skin tone, acne scars.

What areas of the body can I treat?

Eclipse Micro-Pen Elite can be used on all parts of the body: face, neck, decolletage.

How long does the procedure take?

The procedure takes 30 minutes depending on the size of the area to be treated.

What is the downtime?

Immediately after the treatment you will notice a bright redness to the skin. The total healing time depends on the pen position used and the number of overlapping passes your skin-care professional performs. Sometimes, patients experience redness for 2-4 days, however, most patients heal completely in 24 hours. Each patient will be given a vial of Hyurolonic acid serum and a specialized post care kit assist in the healing process.

When will I see results?

Patients notice an immediate “glow” to their skin. Visible changes to the skin develop over the course of several weeks. Results can continue to improve up to 6 months after the treatment. View Micro-needling Results!
